It has two bedrooms with high spec en-suite shower rooms on the ground floor and a third double bedroom and a large bathroom on the third floor. The bathroom offers two quirky steam saunas offering a new experience and a relaxing corner bath. The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. The living dining area features open plan living with magnificent views over Whitby town and river Esk, 55” smart TV and comfy sofas.
The Premier holiday cottage also offers you private and tranquil decking area complete with decking furniture, BBQ and your very own hot tub suitable for up to 7 people.
For your comfort two sets of towels are provided.
There are USB plug sockets in many rooms.
The property includes a travel cot, highchair.
Pets are not allowed on Premise.
There is private parking available.

This cottage can be booked for two people only. Please note the upstairs sauna is excluded when booked for two only.

Please note :
The hot tub is checked daily for your safety and if water quality becomes poor then it will be emptied and refilled which may affect your use for that period. We service and maintain our hot tubs regularly with daily checks, however very rarely like all electrical appliances the hot tub might not be in operation. We understand that this Is one of the reasons that the booking has been made . We offer a £50 refund for any nights that the hot tub is non functional and unable to be used.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. There is a £50 charge for checking in early or checking out late. Please contact us to arrange this prior to your stay.
